What is included in my trip cost?
Richmond Tours handles every aspect of your trip from start to finish which includes: ground and/or air transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, attractions, events, a detailed itinerary and more!
How will COVID-19 affect trips going forward?
The health of our travelers is a top priority. We will follow COVID-19 safety guidelines for every trip at the discretion of your school's administration, as well as the guidelines of the state of your trip destination.
Are chaperones included on the trip?
Yes. To be safe, we encourage 1 chaperone per 10 students and these chaperones will be included in the trip cost. We can also build as many additional chaperones into the cost.
How do you handle dietary restrictions?
We do our best to accommodate all of the different dietary restrictions that our customers may have. Upon booking a trip, students and teachers are encouraged to let us know of any dietary restrictions.
Do you offer support while we are on tour?
Yes! Call us during normal business days/hours at 718-979-3111. If you are on tour outside our normal business hours (9 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday) you should call the cell phone number of your Student Travel Specialist assigned to your trip. This number will be provided to you upon booking your trip. He/she will assist you for any issues.
Do you accommodate handicapped participants?
Of course! We welcome all participants and will go above and beyond to accommodate the students’ needs. Please contact us in advance regarding any special needs.
Are you a Department of Education Vendor?
Yes! Our Vendor # is RIC397449. We do accept purchase orders!
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash, certified checks, or Purchase Orders.

We understand that some students may take longer to come up with the funds for a trip. We do our best to accommodate any late payments or last minute additions to a trip. Just talk to us!
