4 Ways to ensure a safe student trip

Updated: Oct 8, 2021

  1. HEALTH- Be sure to take note of any food allergies and/or medical conditions any of your students have. Notify your Richmond Tours rep at least 1 week prior to your trip date about any special accommodations needed. Remind your students with any prescription medicine to bring it with them on the trip!

  2. KEEP TRACK- Creating a list of students names and checking in each of them during arrival, meal times, and departure is an easy way of keeping track of your students. Ask us for a list template!

  3. CHAPERONES- Be sure to bring chaperones on your trip! Richmond Tours provides 1 free chaperone per 10 paid students. Chaperones can be parents or teachers or both!

  4. SECURITY- Want to add an extra layer of security? While some of our destinations come with security, not all do. Ask us to include security guards on your trip for an additional cost.
